Ancient Artist: Developing An Art Career After 50
I have been writing Ancient Artist: Developing An Art Career After 50 for several years, now. My original intent was to continue the philosophical discussions about art that I so enjoyed during my education, in addition to sharing my experiences, insights, failures and successes with like minded artists and patrons. Lee Krasner said, "I like a canvas to breathe and be alive. Be alive is the point. And, as the limitations are something called pigment and canvas, let's see if I can do it." This sentiment is what I want to communicate.
